So, I’ve slowly built my little practice room. The more realistic the practice, the better it is for improving, so adding an audience was the next logical step. I’ve purchased myself an iRig Stream, an articulated ring-light, and the various cabling required to get up and running.

I find TikTok more nerve-wracking than clubs/bars, but I suspect that is because I can’t see who’s watching and that I haven’t done it much.

I’m now watching a few more DJs, to decide what niche, if any, I want to choose and what time slot I can consitantly perform in whilst building an audience.

I’ve also witnessed many DJs get bans through no fault of their own, for either copyright reasons, or even things typed in the chat by visitors, so I’ve joined an Agency, Lumina, that can help me should the worst happen, and they also provide training to help me improve my performance.
